- Participation in the wait list and giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- You must reside in a region where participation in such activities is legally permitted.
- Entrants must reside in Australia.3. Wait list Details
- Joining the wait list does not guarantee access to the subscription service or any associated benefits.
- The waitlist is used solely for the purpose of gauging interest in the Drink Better Subscription Service, or "the subscription" and is not a commitment to provide a service or product.4. Giveaway Details
- The Romanèe Conti giveaway or "the giveaway", is a promotional activity offering the chance to win a bottle of Romanèe Conti valued at approximately $40,000 AUD.
- No purchase is necessary to join the wait list5. Conditions of the Giveaway
- The giveaway is conditional upon achieving a minimum number of subscribers to the Drink Better subscription, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Drink Better.
- Wait list subscribers will be offered early access to the Drink Better Subscription in order to access entry to the giveaway
- In the event that the minimum number of subscribers is not met, Drink Better reserves the right to cancel the giveaway without awarding the prize.
- Drink Better reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if the Romanee Conti is unavailable for any reason.6. Limitation of Liability
- Drink Better shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of participating in the wait list, subscription service or giveaway, including but not limited to cancellation or modification of each of the wait list, the subscription service or the giveaway.
- By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Drink Better, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising out of your participation in the wait list, subscription service or giveaway.7. General Terms
- Drink Better reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the wait list, subscription service or giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of bots or fake accounts to join the wait list, will result in disqualification from the giveaway.8. Personal Data
